Honestly, my favorite Iron Chef of all of the shows in the franchise. You really believe it when they say that these dishes might be the best in the world, and they take a lot of time to educate the viewer on why. They say that they want to prove that Brazilian cuisine is a force to be reckoned with, and then they prove it. I learned a lot!
It's not bogged down in silly drama or game obstacles. Just chefs at the top of their game and food at the top of its field.
